Dr. Kathleen Murphy earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Indiana University in 1996. She continued her education at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry, graduating in 2000. Following dental school, Dr. Murphy elected to complete a one-year General Practice Residency at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, IL. In 2001, she moved to Denver and has not looked back. She has provided care in the area since that time, first working as an associate and later becoming the practice owner.
Continuing education is very important to Dr. Murphy, and she is an active member of the 5280 Seattle Study Club, the 3i Synergy Implant Graduate Study Club, and the American Academy of Clear Aligner Study Club. She is also a member of the Colorado Dental Association, American Dental Association, and Metro Denver Dental Society, and she is a founding member of the 5280 Study Club. In addition, to ensure that Dr. Murphy is as up to date as possible, she always makes sure to expand her techniques and knowledge with continuing education courses.
Outside of dentistry, she enjoys taking advantage of beautiful Colorado with her husband and twins, including hiking, skiing, travel, and outdoor adventures.
